Please join the Maxwell Creek HOA and Verizon FIOS for our block party on August 14th from 6p - 9p at the park behind the clubhouse/swimming pool.  Verizon needs a headcount by August 12th so that they can provide hot dogs, drinks and snow cones!  For more information or to register click here!

The Yard of the Month for July has been awarded to Greg and Wendy Weaver at 438 Teagarden Court. Maxwell Creek residents are invited to drive by this beautiful yard.



Maxwell Creek North yards are recognized during the growing season from May until September. To enter all you have to do is make your yard one of the most attractive in the neighborhood. The rewards are a sign of recognition in your yard and a $25.00 gift certificate from the Association.

Join the Maxwell Creek Swim Team!

It’s great exercise and lots of fun for only $100/swimmer!  Practice times are 10 am, Tuesday – Friday beginning June 4th, with swim meets on Saturdays.  To register, fax your registration form to 972-494-4411 then call Garland YMCA at 972-272-3484 to pay over the phone.
 

Swim Lessons!

The YMCA is offering swim lessons once again this year.  Lessons are for ages 3 and up.  For more information about the program including cost and times see the Swim Lessons Flyer.
 

Clubhouse Reservations

In the event that you would like to reserve the clubhouse, please contact Mendy Howard at 469-384-2088 extension 111. There is a $25 usage fee and a $200 deposit required. NOTE: The clubhouse is in high demand requiring those who wish to use it to call well in advance - check on availability as soon as you have an event you would like to schedule at the clubhouse.

For all parties (with or without the rental of the clubhouse) the maximum numbers of guests allowed to swim is 20.

When renting the clubhouse, the homeowner needs to tell Lonestar how many is in their party and how many will be using the pool. If more than 10 guests will be using the pool, there will be a fee of $25 and the YMCA will be notified that they MAY need an additional guard.

If not renting the clubhouse, each member of a household is allowed to sign in 2 guests (with a maximum of 5 guests per household). If a homeowner wants to bring more than 2 guests/household member or more than 5 guests total, Lonestar would need to be notified and there will be a charge of $2/guest. For more than 10 guests, the YMCA will be notified that they MAY need an additional guard.
